This is a tag sale for a terrifically successful couple who are trading in "marsh living" in James Island for the hustle and bustle of Manhatten. Even though they have lived in the Lowcountry, their taste in furnishings and accessories was prescient of their new lives in New York City. They are downsizing from over 2800 square feet in James Island to approximately 800 square feet in NYC and thus will be selling fine quality and brand name items such as Louis Vuitton, Bose, Cuisinart, LG, Nordic Track, Sony... just to name a few.
